Fast Nationwide Delivery

Material Handling delivers throughout the UK. Much of our range — pallet trucks, stackers and lift tables included — is heavy equipment, so how your order arrives depends on its size and weight.

How Your Order Is Delivered

• Parcel delivery: smaller items such as sack trucks, castors, accessories and safety equipment are sent by tracked courier, typically arriving in 1–3 working days from dispatch.
• Pallet delivery: pallet trucks, stackers, lift tables and other heavy equipment are delivered on a pallet by tail-lift lorry. Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside or driveway — the driver is not insured to take goods inside your premises, so please arrange help to move heavy items if needed.

Please make sure the delivery address is accessible for a lorry where pallet delivery applies. If access is restricted (narrow lanes, no hard standing), tell us when ordering so we can plan the delivery.

Delivery Areas

• Mainland UK: fast delivery as standard.
• Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: delivery is available but a surcharge may apply and timescales are longer. Please contact us on 0800 222 9069 or at info@material-handling.uk for a quote before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch confirmation, please contact our sales team.

On Receipt of Goods

Please inspect your delivery carefully on arrival — before signing for it where possible. If any items appear damaged or are missing, note this on the carrier's delivery documentation and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.
