What capacity pallet truck do I need?

Choose a truck rated comfortably above the heaviest pallet you expect to move — most standard hand pallet trucks handle 2,000–2,500 kg, which covers the majority of loaded UK pallets. Remember the rating applies to an evenly distributed load with the forks fully inserted. What fork size do I need?

Standard forks (around 1150 × 540 mm) suit standard UK and Euro pallets. Wider or longer forks suit non-standard pallets and bases; narrow forks suit Euro pallets entered on the closed side. Check the pallets you handle most before ordering — and if in doubt, ask our team.

Manual or electric pallet truck?

A manual truck is ideal for occasional moves over short, level distances. If your team moves heavy pallets frequently, over longer distances or up ramps, an electric pallet truck removes the physical effort, speeds the job up and reduces the risk of strain injuries.

Do you supply equipment for food or pharmaceutical environments?

Yes — our stainless steel pallet trucks are corrosion-resistant and washdown-friendly, making them suitable for food production, pharmaceutical and clean-room environments.

Is your equipment suitable for hire fleets?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch. Heavier equipment is delivered on a pallet by tail-lift lorry to the kerbside. See our Delivery Information page for full details, including surcharge areas.

What warranty does your equipment come with?

All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's UK warranty — the length and terms vary by brand and are shown on the product page. We are happy to help you register a claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely via Stripe. VAT at 20% is shown at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Do products come with instructions?

Yes. All equipment is supplied with the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions. Please read them before first use, and make sure operators are trained appropriately — particularly for powered equipment such as electric pallet trucks and stackers.

Is VAT included in your prices?

VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% is applied at checkout, and a VAT invoice is issued with every order.
