Pramac APTIX 10/28 Autonomous Pallet Truck | 1000kg | 2800mm Lift

The Pramac APTIX 10/28 Autonomous Pallet Truck | 1000kg | 2800mm Lift is an advanced autonomous mobile robot designed to automate pallet movement within warehouses, production facilities and logistics environments.

APTIX transports goods automatically from picking points to predefined drop-off areas, helping businesses improve internal logistics efficiency without requiring major changes to existing warehouse infrastructure.

Fully Autonomous Pallet Handling

APTIX is designed to move palletised loads autonomously according to programmed missions.

Once maps and routes have been created, the machine can carry out scheduled transport tasks automatically, helping reduce repetitive manual movement within the warehouse.

1,000kg Load Capacity

The APTIX 10/28 has a maximum rated load capacity of 1,000kg.

This makes it suitable for a wide range of warehouse and production applications involving standard palletised goods.

ANT Autonomous Navigation Technology

APTIX uses Autonomous Navigation Technology (ANT) software to control its navigation and interaction with the operating environment.

The software allows the machine to navigate mapped areas, follow programmed missions and integrate into broader automated logistics processes.

No Fixed Infrastructure Required

One of the major advantages of APTIX is its natural navigation system.

The machine can determine its position using onboard navigation and safety laser scanners without requiring:

  • Magnetic tape
  • Inductive cables
  • Floor tags
  • Fixed cameras
  • Additional guidance infrastructure

This makes it particularly suitable for retrofitting into existing warehouses and dynamic production layouts.

Plug & Play Installation

APTIX has been designed to simplify commissioning and integration.

The basic setup process involves creating the operating map, defining missions and configuring scheduling.

Once commissioned, the machine can perform autonomous transport tasks according to the programmed workflow.

Fleet Monitoring Dashboard

A comprehensive monitoring dashboard provides information on machine and fleet performance.

The system can display operational KPIs, fleet status and real-time machine data, helping operators maintain visibility over automated material-handling operations.

Real-Time Notifications

The monitoring system includes notification functionality designed to keep operators informed about relevant machine or fleet events.

This supports remote oversight and allows warehouse teams to react quickly when attention is required.

Fleet Management Capability

Multiple installed APTIX units can be managed as part of a wider autonomous fleet.

Operators can access machine information from across the installed fleet, helping coordinate automated warehouse movements more effectively.

ISO 3691-4 Safety Compliance

APTIX is designed in accordance with ISO 3691-4, the safety standard covering driverless industrial trucks and their systems.

This provides an important safety framework for autonomous operation within industrial environments.

SICK Safety Scanner Technology

The machine uses SICK safety scanning technology to help detect obstacles and maintain safe autonomous operation.

Safety scanners monitor the surrounding operating area and allow the machine to react appropriately when obstacles are detected.

360° Safety Laser Scanner

APTIX incorporates an additional 360-degree safety laser scanner to improve environmental awareness around the machine.

This helps support safer navigation in areas shared with people, equipment and other warehouse traffic.

3D Anti-Collision Detection

An additional camera mounted on the upper part of the machine provides 3D anti-collision functionality.

This allows APTIX to detect certain overhanging obstacles that may not be detected solely at floor level.

Compact Overall Dimensions

APTIX has an overall length of 1697mm and an overall width of 800mm.

Its compact dimensions make it suitable for many warehouse and production environments where space efficiency is important.

Tight Turning Radius

The machine has a turning radius of just 1280mm.

This helps provide excellent manoeuvrability within warehouse aisles and other confined operating areas.

2120mm Aisle Width

The specified aisle width is 2120mm, allowing the machine to operate in relatively compact internal logistics areas.

Manual & Autonomous Travel Speeds

APTIX can operate in both manual and autonomous modes.

Travel speed is listed as:

  • 4.2km/h in manual mode
  • 5.4km/h in autonomous mode

This allows efficient operation while providing manual control when required for setup, maintenance or repositioning.

Existing-Warehouse Integration

APTIX is particularly suited to businesses looking to introduce automation without rebuilding their warehouse around an automated transport system.

Because it does not require fixed guidance infrastructure, it can be integrated into many existing environments with comparatively limited disruption.

Advanced Automated Warehouse Logistics

By combining a 1,000kg load capacity, ANT natural navigation, safety laser scanning, 3D anti-collision technology, autonomous fleet management and infrastructure-free installation, the Pramac APTIX 10/28 provides an advanced solution for businesses looking to automate repetitive pallet transport and modernise internal logistics.
