Pramac GB HPT 25 Hand Pallet Truck | 2500kg | 1150x550

The Pramac GB HPT 25 Hand Pallet Truck | 2500kg | 1150x550 is a heavy-duty manual pallet truck designed for dependable everyday pallet handling across warehouses, factories, workshops, stockrooms and distribution environments.

With a maximum load capacity of 2,500kg, this model combines strong construction with simple manual operation and a practical 1150 x 550mm fork configuration suitable for a wide range of common pallet-handling applications.

Easy and Controlled Operation

The Pramac GB HPT 25 is designed to make lifting, manoeuvring and lowering palletised loads as smooth and straightforward as possible.

A proportional lowering valve provides controlled lowering of the load, while the integrated foot pedal adds convenience during everyday material-handling operations.

The covered tiller features a soft rubber coating that helps improve operator comfort, reduce vibration and provide a secure grip when manoeuvring the pallet truck.

Strong Robotic-Welded Chassis

Durability is a key feature of the GB HPT range. The high-strength chassis is manufactured using 100% automated robotic welding, helping to provide consistent build quality and structural strength.

This robust construction makes the pallet truck well suited to regular use in demanding commercial and industrial environments.

2,500kg Load Capacity

With a rated capacity of 2,500kg, the Pramac GB HPT 25 is capable of handling a wide variety of palletised goods.

The 1150mm fork length and 550mm overall fork width provide a versatile configuration for many common warehouse and pallet-handling applications.

Each fork measures 160mm wide, while the low 85mm lowered fork height allows easy entry beneath compatible pallets.

Durable Nylon Wheels and Rollers

The standard configuration includes durable nylon steering wheels and load rollers, providing excellent wear resistance and low rolling resistance on smooth industrial floors.

Standard wheel configuration includes:

  • 180 x 50mm nylon steering wheels
  • 80 x 70mm nylon load rollers
  • Four rear load rollers

Alternative polyurethane and rubber wheel and roller options may also be available, allowing the pallet truck to be matched more closely to different floor surfaces and working conditions.

Practical 1150mm Fork Length

The 1150mm fork length is a widely used size for general pallet handling, making this model a versatile choice for a broad range of warehouse and logistics applications.

The overall pallet truck length is 1530mm, providing a good balance between load support and manoeuvrability.

The Pramac GB HPT 25 is suitable for:

  • Warehouses
  • Distribution centres
  • Factories
  • Workshops
  • Retail stockrooms
  • Logistics operations
  • Loading and unloading areas
  • General pallet handling
