Pramac HX10M High Lift Pallet Truck | 1000kg | 1150x680
The Pramac HX10M High Lift Pallet Truck | 1000kg | 1150x680 combines the functionality of a manual pallet truck with a scissor lift mechanism, allowing loads to be raised to a more convenient working height.
With a maximum load capacity of 1,000kg, 1150 x 680mm forks and a maximum fork height of approximately 800mm, the HX10M is particularly useful in workshops, manufacturing facilities, assembly lines and production environments where loads need to be positioned at an ergonomic working height.
High Lift Scissor Function
The HX10M uses a robust scissor lift mechanism that allows loads to be raised significantly higher than with a conventional pallet truck.
With a 715mm lift stroke from a lowered fork height of 85mm, the forks can reach approximately 800mm from ground level.
This allows the HX10M to function as a practical elevated work platform, helping reduce unnecessary bending when handling components, materials or palletised goods.
Ideal for Workshops & Production Lines
The high lift design makes the HX10M particularly useful in machine workshops, assembly areas and manufacturing environments.
Loads can be positioned closer to the operator's working height, making the truck useful for supplying materials along production lines, supporting assembly operations and positioning goods beside machinery.
3D Superior Ergonomic Tiller
The HX10M features a 3D Superior Ergonomic tiller designed to improve operator comfort and control during pallet movement.
Its shaped design incorporates large side gripping areas, allowing the operator to maintain a more natural hand position when pushing and manoeuvring loads.
This helps improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary fatigue during regular operation.
Professional Hydraulic Unit
The hydraulic system uses a robust one-piece cast-iron pump housing designed to protect internal components against accidental damage.
The pump housing is CNC machined for precise tolerances and reliable operation, while a chromed piston rod and oil seal help protect against corrosion and reduce the risk of oil leakage.
A durable steel hydraulic tank provides additional strength and resistance for demanding professional environments.
Maximum Pressure Valve
A built-in maximum pressure valve provides protection against overload conditions.
If pressure within the hydraulic system exceeds the calibrated limit for the rated load capacity, the system prevents further lifting of the forks.
This helps protect the pallet truck and hydraulic components during everyday operation.
Proportional Lowering Valve
The HX10M is equipped with a proportional lowering valve, allowing the operator to control lowering speed according to the position of the tiller lever.
This provides smooth and controlled load positioning and is particularly useful where delicate or fragile goods are being handled.
Front & Rear Stabilizers
Safety and stability are important features of the HX10M.
The pallet truck incorporates front and rear stabilizers designed to improve stability as the forks are raised.
The front stabilizer arrangement also helps facilitate entry into the closed side of a pallet by allowing a slight initial lift before subsequent handling.
Rear stabilizers provide additional support when working at increased heights, particularly when the forks rise above approximately 400mm or when heavier loads are being handled.
1,000kg Load Capacity
The Pramac HX10M has a maximum rated capacity of 1,000kg, providing a practical solution for a wide range of material-handling and production applications.
The 1150mm fork length and wider 680mm overall fork width provide a useful configuration for compatible wider pallets and specialist loads.
Each fork measures 160mm wide and 48mm thick, while the lowered fork height is 85mm.
Polyurethane Wheels & Rollers
The standard HX10M configuration uses nylon/polyurethane steering wheels and polyurethane load rollers.
The steering wheels measure 200 x 45mm, while the rear load rollers measure 80 x 50mm.
This wheel configuration provides a practical combination of durability and smooth operation across suitable warehouse and workshop flooring.
Durable Powder-Coated Finish
Following surface preparation, the frame is finished with a polyester powder coating applied at high temperature.
This helps provide resistance to wear and atmospheric conditions, supporting long-term durability in demanding industrial and workshop environments.
Wide 1150 x 680mm Fork Configuration
The 680mm overall fork width makes this version particularly suitable for wider pallet configurations and specialist applications where a narrower 540mm fork arrangement may not be suitable.
With an overall length of 1545mm, an aisle width requirement of 2090mm and a turning radius of 1440mm, the HX10M remains practical to manoeuvre while offering the added stability and versatility of a wider fork spread.
By combining a 1,000kg capacity, approximately 800mm maximum fork height, wide 1150 x 680mm forks, front and rear stabilizers and proportional lowering control, the Pramac HX10M provides a versatile high-lift solution for workshops, factories, assembly areas and production environments.
