Pramac LX 14/42 Triplex Free Lift Electric Stacker | 1400kg | 4200mm Lift | 1150x560

The Pramac LX 14/42 Triplex Free Lift Electric Stacker | 1400kg | 4200mm Lift | 1150x560 combines high-level stacking capability with 1370mm of full free lift, making it particularly useful where both lifting height and overhead clearance are important.

Designed for professional warehouse, logistics, terminal, manufacturing and production environments, the LX combines a robust chassis, AC drive technology, proportional fork controls, high-capacity traction battery and a compact 800mm overall width.

1,400kg Nominal Load Capacity

The LX 14/42 Triplex Free Lift provides a maximum nominal capacity of 1,400kg at a 600mm load centre.

Residual lifting capacity varies according to height:

  • 1,400kg at 3300mm
  • 1,200kg at 3600mm
  • 1,000kg at 4000mm
  • 800kg at 4200mm

This allows the machine to retain useful lifting capacity even when working at high racking levels.

4200mm Lift Class

The technical specification lists an actual lift height of 4110mm, corresponding to the machine's approximately 4200mm lift class.

At 4200mm, the stacker retains a residual lifting capacity of 800kg.

1370mm Full Free Lift

A major advantage of this version is its 1370mm normal free lift.

Free lift allows the forks to rise without immediately increasing the overall mast height. This makes the LX 14/42 particularly suitable for applications where overhead clearance is restricted, including:

  • Containers
  • Low-roof warehouses
  • Loading bays
  • Mezzanine areas
  • Restricted-height industrial buildings

Triplex Free Lift Mast

The mast combines three lifting stages, twin lateral cylinders and a central free-lift cylinder.

This arrangement provides high lifting capability while keeping the mast relatively compact when lowered.

Key mast dimensions are:

  • Mast height lowered: 1994mm
  • Free lift: 1370mm
  • Lift height: 4110mm
  • Mast height extended: 4734mm

Excellent Operator Visibility

The two lateral lift cylinders help preserve visibility through the centre of the mast during manoeuvring and pallet positioning.

This is particularly valuable when approaching racking at elevated heights.

Fully Electric Drive & Lift

The LX provides both electric travel and electric lifting, reducing physical effort during repetitive material-handling operations.

The machine uses:

  • 1.2kW drive motor
  • 3.2kW lift motor

AC Drive Technology

Modern AC drive technology helps improve energy efficiency while reducing routine motor maintenance.

The brushless motor arrangement also contributes to system durability and reliability.

ZAPI Controller

The ZAPI electronic controller manages the AC drive system and allows operating parameters to be controlled for smooth, efficient and dependable operation.

EVO Technopolymer Tiller

The fully integrated ergonomic technopolymer tiller places the principal controls within easy reach.

Standard functions include:

  • Finger-tip traction controls
  • Proportional fork lifting and lowering
  • Safety pushbutton
  • Horn
  • Turtle mode
  • Hour meter
  • Battery status indicator

Proportional Fork Controls

The proportional lifting and lowering controls allow the operator to position palletised loads more precisely.

This is especially beneficial when working with higher warehouse racking.

Turtle Mode

The standard turtle mode allows the truck to move at reduced speed with the tiller in the upright position.

This improves manoeuvrability in confined spaces and narrow aisles.

800mm Overall Width

The LX has an overall width of 800mm, approximately matching the width of a standard Euro pallet.

This compact width helps the machine operate effectively in narrower warehouse environments.

1150 x 560mm Fork Configuration

The machine is fitted with 1150mm long forks and an overall fork width of 560mm.

Each fork measures:

  • 170mm wide
  • 70mm thick
  • 1150mm long

The lowered fork height is 90mm.

Compact High-Lift Design

Without the optional operator platform, the machine measures:

  • Overall length: 1966mm
  • Overall width: 800mm
  • Turning radius: 1613mm
  • Aisle width: 2380mm

The combination of a 1994mm lowered mast height and 1370mm free lift is particularly useful where doorways and roof height may otherwise restrict operation.

Optional Foldable Operator Platform

The LX can be equipped with an optional cushioned foldable stand-on platform for applications involving longer travel distances or more intensive use.

With the platform lowered:

  • Overall length: 2550mm
  • Length to fork face: 1400mm
  • Aisle width: 2964mm
  • Turning radius: 2196mm

With the platform raised:

  • Overall length: 2090mm
  • Length to fork face: 940mm
  • Aisle width: 2510mm
  • Turning radius: 1742mm

6km/h Travel Speed

Maximum travel speed is 6.0km/h, both laden and unladen.

The same maximum speed is specified when operating with the optional platform.

Strong Electric Lifting Performance

Lifting speed is:

  • 0.14 m/s laden
  • 0.28 m/s unladen

The 3.2kW lift motor provides the power required for demanding high-level stacking operations.

Controlled Lowering

Lowering speed is:

  • 0.34 m/s laden
  • 0.40 m/s unladen

Combined with proportional controls, this supports accurate load placement.

Rubber Drive Wheel

The main drive wheel is manufactured from rubber and measures 250 x 101mm.

This provides dependable traction across suitable warehouse and industrial flooring.

Polyurethane Stabilizers & Tandem Load Rollers

The stabilizer wheels and rear load rollers are manufactured from polyurethane.

The stabilizer wheels measure 100 x 38mm.

Four rear load rollers provide a tandem configuration, each measuring 82 x 70mm.

High-Capacity 24V Traction Battery

The LX uses a professional 24V traction battery with a capacity range of:

  • 225Ah minimum
  • 300Ah maximum

This high-capacity battery arrangement is designed for professional material-handling applications.

Separate Battery Compartment

The battery is housed in a separate compartment to simplify inspection and routine maintenance.

Optional equipment can include an automatic battery refill system and external high-frequency charger connected through an Anderson connector.

1204kg Service Weight

The LX 14/42 Triplex Free Lift has a service weight of 1204kg including battery.

With the optional operator platform fitted, service weight increases to 1244kg.

The specified battery weight is 270kg.

Reverse Current Braking

The machine uses reverse current braking as its service braking system, providing controlled deceleration during powered travel.

Gradeability

Maximum gradeability is:

  • 5% laden
  • 10% unladen

Energy Consumption

Energy consumption according to the VDI cycle is listed at 1.17kWh/h.

Low Operating Noise

The sound level at the operator's ear is listed at 67 dB(A).

High Lift with Full Free Lift Capability

The combination of a 1,400kg nominal capacity, 4200mm lift class, 1370mm full free lift, Triplex mast and compact 1994mm lowered mast height makes the Pramac LX 14/42 Triplex Free Lift particularly suitable for high-level pallet handling where overhead clearance is restricted.
