Pramac LX 14/45 Triplex Free Lift Electric Stacker | 1400kg | 4500mm Lift | 1150x560
The Pramac LX 14/45 Triplex Free Lift Electric Stacker | 1400kg | 4500mm Lift | 1150x560 combines high-level pallet stacking with excellent free-lift capability, making it particularly suitable for environments where both maximum lift height and overhead clearance are important.
Designed for professional warehouses, logistics centres, terminals, manufacturing areas and production facilities, the LX combines a robust chassis, powerful electric motors, advanced AC drive technology and precise proportional fork controls.
1,400kg Nominal Load Capacity
The LX 14/45 provides a maximum nominal load capacity of 1,400kg at a 600mm load centre.
Residual lifting capacity is:
- 1,400kg at 3300mm
- 1,200kg at 3600mm
- 1,000kg at 4000mm
- 800kg at 4500mm
This provides useful lifting capacity throughout the machine's high-level stacking range.
4500mm Lift Class
The technical specification lists an actual lift height of 4410mm, corresponding to the LX 14/45's approximately 4500mm lift class.
At 4500mm, the machine retains a residual lifting capacity of 800kg.
1470mm Full Free Lift
One of the key advantages of this version is its 1470mm free lift.
This allows the forks to rise without immediately increasing the overall mast height, making the LX 14/45 especially suitable for:
- Containers
- Low-roof warehouses
- Loading areas
- Restricted-height industrial buildings
- Mezzanine environments
- High racking beneath limited overhead clearance
Triplex Free Lift Mast
The mast combines three lifting stages, two lateral lifting cylinders and a central free-lift cylinder.
This arrangement allows substantial lifting height while maintaining a relatively compact closed mast.
Key mast dimensions are:
- Mast height lowered: 2089mm
- Full free lift: 1470mm
- Lift height: 4410mm
- Mast height extended: 5029mm
Twin Lateral Lift Cylinders
Two side-mounted lifting cylinders provide strong lifting support while helping maintain clear visibility through the centre of the mast.
This improves operator visibility when manoeuvring and positioning pallets at height.
Fully Electric Drive & Lift
The LX provides electric travel and electric lifting, reducing operator effort during repetitive handling operations.
The machine uses:
- 1.2kW drive motor
- 3.2kW lift motor
AC Drive Technology
The LX uses modern AC drive technology, helping improve energy efficiency and reduce routine maintenance requirements.
The brushless motor design also contributes to increased system reliability.
ZAPI Controller
The ZAPI electronic controller manages the AC drive system and enables smooth, efficient and dependable machine operation.
EVO Technopolymer Tiller
The fully integrated ergonomic technopolymer tiller provides convenient access to the main machine controls.
Standard functions include:
- Finger-tip traction controls
- Proportional fork lifting and lowering
- Safety pushbutton
- Horn
- Turtle mode
- Hour meter
- Battery status indicator
Proportional Fork Controls
The proportional lifting and lowering system allows the operator to position palletised loads more precisely.
This is particularly beneficial when working with elevated warehouse racking.
Turtle Mode
The standard turtle mode enables reduced-speed travel while the tiller remains upright.
This improves manoeuvrability in narrow aisles and confined working areas.
800mm Overall Width
The LX has an overall width of just 800mm, approximately matching the width of a standard Euro pallet.
This helps maintain good manoeuvrability despite the machine's high lifting capability.
Wide Mast & Good Visibility
The wide mast and central operating position provide good visibility of the forks, load and surrounding workplace.
A mast-mounted ruler also helps the operator visually monitor fork elevation.
1150 x 560mm Fork Configuration
The stacker is fitted with 1150mm long forks and an overall fork width of 560mm.
Each individual fork measures:
- 170mm wide
- 70mm thick
- 1150mm long
The lowered fork height is 90mm.
Compact High-Lift Design
Without the optional operator platform, the LX measures:
- Overall length: 1966mm
- Overall width: 800mm
- Turning radius: 1613mm
- Aisle width: 2380mm
The combination of a 2089mm lowered mast height and 1470mm free lift makes this configuration particularly useful where overhead space is restricted.
Optional Foldable Operator Platform
The LX can be equipped with an optional cushioned foldable stand-on platform for more intensive applications and medium-distance travel.
With the platform lowered:
- Overall length: 2550mm
- Length to fork face: 1400mm
- Aisle width: 2964mm
- Turning radius: 2196mm
With the platform raised:
- Overall length: 2090mm
- Length to fork face: 940mm
- Aisle width: 2510mm
- Turning radius: 1742mm
6km/h Travel Speed
Maximum travel speed is 6.0km/h, both laden and unladen.
The same maximum speed is specified with the optional operator platform.
Strong Lifting Performance
Lifting speed is:
- 0.14 m/s laden
- 0.28 m/s unladen
The powerful 3.2kW lift motor provides the performance required for demanding high-level stacking operations.
Controlled Lowering
Lowering speed is:
- 0.34 m/s laden
- 0.40 m/s unladen
Proportional controls support accurate load positioning.
Rubber Drive Wheel
The main drive wheel is manufactured from rubber and measures 250 x 101mm.
This provides dependable traction on suitable warehouse and industrial flooring.
Polyurethane Stabilizers & Tandem Load Rollers
The stabilizer wheels and rear load rollers are manufactured from polyurethane.
The stabilizer wheels measure 100 x 38mm.
Four rear load rollers provide a tandem configuration, each measuring 82 x 70mm.
High-Capacity 24V Traction Battery
The LX uses a professional 24V traction battery with a capacity range of:
- 225Ah minimum
- 300Ah maximum
This high-capacity battery system is designed for professional daily material-handling applications.
Separate Battery Compartment
The dedicated battery compartment provides convenient access for inspection and routine maintenance.
Optional equipment can include an automatic battery refill system and an external high-frequency charger connected through an Anderson connector.
1223kg Service Weight
The LX 14/45 Triplex Free Lift has a service weight of 1223kg including battery.
With the optional operator platform fitted, service weight increases to 1263kg.
The specified battery weight is 270kg.
Reverse Current Braking
The machine uses reverse current braking as its service braking system, providing controlled deceleration during powered travel.
Gradeability
Maximum gradeability is:
- 5% laden
- 10% unladen
Energy Consumption
Energy consumption according to the VDI cycle is listed at 1.17kWh/h.
Low Operating Noise
The sound level at the operator's ear is listed at 67 dB(A).
High Lift with Full Free Lift Capability
The combination of a 1,400kg nominal capacity, 4500mm lift class, 1470mm full free lift, Triplex mast, 800kg residual capacity at 4500mm and compact 800mm overall width makes the Pramac LX 14/45 Triplex Free Lift an excellent choice for professional high-level pallet stacking where overhead clearance is limited.
