Pramac TX 10/09 Semi-Electric Stacker | 1000kg | 900mm Lift | 1150x560

The Pramac TX 10/09 Semi-Electric Stacker | 1000kg | 900mm Lift | 1150x560 is a robust pedestrian stacker combining simple manual movement with powered electrohydraulic lifting.

Designed for warehouses, workshops, production environments and general material-handling applications, the TX 10/09 provides a maximum 1,000kg load capacity and can retain its full rated capacity at a lifting height of 900mm.

Its combination of stable construction, powered lifting and straightforward manual traction makes it a practical alternative where a fully electric stacker is not required.

Manual Drive & Electrohydraulic Lift

The TX series combines manual traction with powered electrohydraulic lifting.

The operator manually positions the stacker while a 1.6kW electric lift motor raises the forks, significantly reducing the physical effort associated with lifting heavy palletised loads.

This provides a useful balance between the simplicity of a manual stacker and the convenience of powered lifting.

1,000kg Load Capacity

The Pramac TX 10/09 has a maximum rated load capacity of 1,000kg.

The supplied residual capacity information confirms that the machine can retain its full 1,000kg capacity at a 900mm lifting height, making it suitable for raising substantial palletised loads to low-level shelving, workstations and other handling positions.

Up to 900mm Lift Height

The technical specification lists a nominal lift height of 810mm, together with a residual capacity rating of 1,000kg at 900mm.

This makes the TX 10/09 particularly useful for applications requiring powered low-level stacking and load positioning without the height of a full warehouse stacker.

1150 x 560mm Fork Configuration

The stacker is fitted with 1150mm long forks with an overall fork width of 560mm.

Each individual fork measures 150mm wide and 70mm thick, providing a strong platform for compatible palletised loads.

The lowered fork height is 90mm.

Stable Heavy-Duty Construction

The TX series is designed to provide excellent stability while lifting heavy loads.

Its substantial 296kg service weight including battery contributes to a solid base during lifting and positioning operations.

Ergonomic Tiller Steering

An ergonomic tiller provides straightforward control of the stacker's direction.

The steering arrangement operates through both rear wheels, helping provide predictable manoeuvring when positioning loads.

Foot Parking Brake

A foot-operated brake performs the parking brake function.

This allows the operator to secure the machine conveniently when loading, unloading or raising goods.

Start Key & Battery Isolator

The TX 10/09 incorporates a start key with two important functions.

It switches the stacker on and off and also acts as an emergency control by completely interrupting battery power.

When isolated, electrical power to the lifting system is stopped, preventing unintended fork movement.

Integrated Battery & Charger

The stacker uses a 12V 70Ah automotive battery.

Both the battery and battery charger are integrated into the machine, providing a convenient self-contained charging arrangement.

The battery weighs 18kg.

Easy Battery Access

A protective cover provides straightforward access to the battery compartment.

This helps simplify routine inspection and maintenance.

Rubber Steering Wheels

The front steering/stabilizer wheels use rubber and measure 200 x 50mm.

Rubber provides useful grip and rolling performance across suitable industrial flooring.

Nylon Load Rollers

The rear load rollers are manufactured from nylon and measure 82 x 70mm.

Two rear load rollers are fitted.

Compact Manoeuvrability

The TX 10/09 has a turning radius of 1440mm and an overall width of 750mm.

This allows it to operate in many warehouse and workshop environments while retaining the stability required for powered lifting.

Controlled Electric Lifting

Lifting speed is 0.09 m/s when laden and 0.12 m/s when unladen.

This provides efficient powered lifting while maintaining controlled operation.

Controlled Lowering

Lowering speed is listed at 0.4 m/s when laden and 0.1 m/s when unladen.

This allows palletised loads to be lowered efficiently during routine material-handling tasks.

Quiet Operation

The sound level at the operator's ear is listed at 67 dB(A).

This makes the TX 10/09 suitable for regular use in indoor warehouse, production and workshop environments.

Practical Powered-Lift Stacking

By combining a 1,000kg capacity, powered electrohydraulic lift, full residual capacity at 900mm, 1150 x 560mm forks, integrated battery and charger and manual pedestrian traction, the Pramac TX 10/09 provides a practical semi-electric solution for low-level stacking and load positioning.
