Pramac TX 12/25 Semi-Electric Stacker | 1200kg | 2500mm Lift | 1150x560

The Pramac TX 12/25 Semi-Electric Stacker | 1200kg | 2500mm Lift | 1150x560 is a robust pedestrian stacker designed to combine straightforward manual manoeuvring with powerful electrohydraulic lifting.

With a maximum load capacity of 1,200kg, approximately 2500mm maximum lift capability and a strong 2.2kW lift motor, the TX 12/25 is well suited to warehouses, workshops, manufacturing facilities and stockrooms where heavier palletised loads need to be raised safely and efficiently.

Manual Drive & Electrohydraulic Lift

The TX 12/25 combines manual pedestrian traction with powered electrohydraulic lifting.

The operator manually moves and positions the stacker, while the electric hydraulic system raises and lowers the forks.

This provides a practical balance between the simplicity of a manual stacker and the reduced lifting effort of a powered machine.

1,200kg Load Capacity

The Pramac TX 12/25 has a maximum rated capacity of 1,200kg.

The supplied residual-capacity data confirms that the stacker retains its full 1,200kg capacity at a lifting height of 2500mm, making it particularly capable for medium-height stacking applications.

Up to 2500mm Lift Height

The technical specification lists a nominal lift height of 2410mm, while residual capacity is stated at 1,200kg at 2500mm.

This gives the TX 12/25 significantly greater vertical reach than lower-lift TX models, making it suitable for shelving, production areas and warehouse storage applications.

1150 x 560mm Fork Configuration

The machine is fitted with 1150mm long forks with an overall fork width of 560mm.

Each individual fork measures 150mm wide and 70mm thick, providing a substantial support platform for compatible palletised loads.

The lowered fork height is 90mm.

Powerful 2.2kW Lift Motor

The TX 12/25 uses a 2.2kW electric lift motor, providing the additional lifting performance required for its higher 1,200kg capacity and greater mast height.

This supports efficient powered lifting during regular professional use.

24V 70Ah Battery System

The stacker is equipped with a 24V 70Ah battery.

The battery and charger are both integrated into the machine, creating a convenient self-contained charging solution.

The battery system has a listed weight of 36kg.

Polyurethane Steering Wheels

Unlike the lower-capacity TX 10 versions, the TX 12/25 is fitted with polyurethane front steering/stabilizer wheels as standard.

These measure 200 x 50mm and are designed to help reduce rolling resistance and the physical effort required when manoeuvring the machine.

Nylon Rear Load Rollers

The rear load rollers are manufactured from nylon and measure 82 x 70mm.

Two rear rollers are fitted as standard.

Adjustable Anti-Oscillation Buffers

The TX 12 version incorporates adjustable buffers designed to minimise unwanted oscillation during lifting.

This is particularly useful when working at greater lifting heights, helping improve overall stability and operator confidence.

Ergonomic Tiller Steering

The ergonomic tiller provides straightforward directional control.

The steering arrangement works through both rear wheels, helping the operator manoeuvre and position the machine accurately.

Foot Parking Brake

A foot-operated parking brake allows the machine to be secured quickly before lifting, lowering or positioning a load.

This provides a simple and practical parking solution during normal operation.

Start Key & Emergency Battery Isolator

The start key performs two functions.

It switches the stacker on and off and also acts as an emergency battery cut-off device.

When activated, battery power is completely interrupted, preventing unintended powered fork lifting.

Protective Battery Cover

A protective cover provides convenient access to the battery compartment.

This helps simplify routine maintenance, battery inspection and servicing.

415kg Service Weight

The TX 12/25 has a substantial 415kg service weight including battery.

This additional mass contributes to a stable platform when lifting loads to greater heights.

Compact Working Dimensions

The stacker has an overall length of 1850mm and an overall width of 850mm.

Its turning radius is 1760mm, while the specified aisle width requirement is 2540mm.

These dimensions provide a practical compromise between manoeuvrability and the stability required for a 2.5m lifting stacker.

Mast Dimensions

The mast height when lowered is 1780mm, allowing the machine to remain relatively compact when not fully extended.

At full extension, the mast reaches 2985mm.

This should be taken into account when planning warehouse clearances, doorways and storage environments.

Controlled Lifting Performance

Lifting speed is 0.09 m/s when laden and 0.12 m/s when unladen.

This provides efficient electric lifting while maintaining controlled movement.

Controlled Lowering

Lowering speed is listed at 0.4 m/s when laden and 0.1 m/s when unladen.

This allows loads to be lowered efficiently during stacking and positioning tasks.

Quiet Indoor Operation

The sound level at the operator's ear is listed at 67 dB(A).

This makes the TX 12/25 suitable for regular use in indoor warehouse, production and workshop environments.

Powerful Semi-Electric Stacking Solution

By combining a 1,200kg load capacity, up to 2500mm lifting height, 1150 x 560mm forks, 2.2kW electrohydraulic lift and integrated 24V 70Ah battery system, the Pramac TX 12/25 provides a strong and practical solution for medium-height professional stacking applications.
